I develop my company branding and marketing plans along with branding and marketing each individual home I sell. I budget, set goals, and execute business plans. I work in my area of interest and build relationships with community leaders, local businesses, contractors, other real estate professionals, and potential clients.
I study data on the local, national, and international markets in order to find trends that affect my business decisions and guide my clients through the selling process. I constantly educate myself, keeping up on the latest trends in housing, design, architecture, technology, and building.
Working on my time management and professional skills to become a better Realtor and person on a daily basis is important to me. I golf, workout, and spend quality time with my family. I give presentations and small group meetings for advice and strategy to my clients. I work with my clients, from start to finish, to ensure a winning outcome for them. This process starts with education and leads into decision making about prepping for the sale, what to expect once on the market, and how we will move and adjust as needed throughout the process.
