Who am I? That is a big question for such a small amount of space. Here’s the short version: I’m a devoted husband and father of two wonderful girls, a proud grandpa, a good friend, and a guy who spends quite a bit of time in deep thought. If I were to distill my life’s philosophy into one word, it would be simplicity. I’m all about making things as straight forward and uncomplicated as possible, for me and for those who turn to me for help.
I share a wonderful life with my wife, Laura. We’re still in the same house we’ve loved since 2005, and enjoy the same job, although it keeps me on my toes with its constant evolution. Laura’s doing great, working her magic at Mercy Hospital in town. We live simply and within our means, with no desire for extravagance.
Most days, you’ll catch me in shorts and a t-shirt and heading to Blackberry Oaks for a round of golf when the weather plays nice. We love our quiet evenings in, often spent watching our favorite show, Dateline – we likely have an unhealthy obsession with Keith Morrison... What I value most is freedom, especially from the rat race. I’ve traded in my ambitions of being the biggest realtor in town for a life that feels more authentic to me. I’ve had my fair share of success, but chasing accolades didn’t bring me the satisfaction I was hoping for.
Today, I want to sell a good number of homes each year, coach a dedicated group of agents, and advise folks who need it. Real estate has been my game for the past 20 years, and despite the ups and downs, I’ve managed to somehow always come out ahead. Selling homes for family, friends, and through client referrals now gives me enough business and allows me time for my new passion… coaching.
My coaching business is something I’ve been planning for many years, and in 2023, I finally made it happen. I also started a third venture, targeting a niche I noticed in the real estate market. I love being able to consult homeowners who aren’t sure of their next step, giving them an unbiased and professional opinion and helping them navigate their way forward. I’m eager to extend that service to a larger audience.
So please give me a call with any of your real estate needs.
I would be honored to help in any way I can.
