Instructions for Closing

Congrats! The appraisal is in and the value was good, so the next step is preparing for the closing.

Closing Checklist:

• Moving Company Hired and Scheduled

• Contact attorney about pre-signing the closing documents.

• Transfer / Cancel all utilities, services, internet, cable.

• Change address with post office.

• Do not forget a good cleaning of the house once it is empty. We love to leave the home in great shape for the next owners. Make sure grass is cut within 2 days of closing. If snow on the ground, please make sure driveway and all walkways are clear.
